About Us

GNORA CHHOTEY WELFARE ASSOCIATION is a Section 8 non-profit company incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, on 18 May 2023. The organization is established with the objective of promoting social welfare, community development, empowerment, education, skill development, healthcare, livelihood opportunities and other initiatives for the benefit of underserved and vulnerable sections of society.

As a Section 8 organization, GNORA CHHOTEY WELFARE ASSOCIATION operates on a not-for-profit basis, with its activities focused on creating sustainable social impact rather than distributing profits. The organization is capable of undertaking welfare and development initiatives across different states and regions of India, either independently or in collaboration with corporates, institutions, government bodies, foundations and other stakeholders.

The organization is also positioned to undertake CSR projects and receive eligible CSR funding and charitable donations, subject to applicable laws, regulations and donor requirements. GNORA CHHOTEY WELFARE ASSOCIATION has obtained various registrations and recognitions supporting its non-profit and social-development activities, including 12A, 80G, MSME and NGO DARPAN, among others.

Why the name “GNORA CHHOTEY”?

The name “GNORA CHHOTEY” has a meaningful personal and social connection with the organization's founder/director, Mr. Paritosh Kumar Bansal.

“GNORA”represents the name of his native village, located in Bulandshahr district, Uttar Pradesh. It reflects the organization's connection with its roots, rural communities and the values of social responsibility developed from its place of origin.

“CHHOTEY” is the name of his father and has been incorporated into the organization's identity as a tribute to his family values, heritage and inspiration.

Thus, the name GNORA CHHOTEY WELFARE ASSOCIATION represents a combination of roots, values, remembrance and a commitment to social service.

Our Mission and Vision

The primary objective of Gnora Chhotey Welfare Association is to contribute towards building a more empowered, educated, skilled, and self-reliant society. Our organization is committed to supporting needy women, economically weaker sections of society, children, and other underprivileged communities by creating opportunities that can help them improve their quality of life and move towards a brighter and more secure future.

We believe that education, skill development, employment opportunities, awareness, and social empowerment are the key foundations for sustainable change. Mrs. Anju Bansal is a socially committed professional and Director associated with Gnora Chhotey Welfare Association, an organization working towards social welfare, women empowerment, education, skill development and community development.

With a strong belief that every individual deserves an opportunity to live a dignified, independent and meaningful life, Anju Bansal actively supports initiatives focused on empowering women, children and economically weaker sections of society.

As a Director of Gnora Chhotey Welfare Association, she contributes to the organization's vision of creating opportunities for education, skill development, employability and self-reliance. Her approach emphasizes practical support and sustainable development so that beneficiaries can build confidence, acquire useful skills and move towards financial independence.

Mr. Paritosh Kumar Bansal is a business professional, entrepreneur, corporate leader, and social development advocate committed to creating meaningful and sustainable impact in society. With experience across business management, corporate leadership, and social welfare initiatives, he believes that true success is measured not only by professional achievements but also by the positive difference one creates in the lives of others.

Born in 1978 in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Bansal has built his journey around the values of hard work, discipline, integrity, continuous learning, and service to society. His professional experience has provided him with an understanding of business operations, management, governance, and strategic decision-making.

Mr. Bansal is associated with Gnora Chhotey Welfare Association, a Section 8 not-for-profit organization working towards social welfare and empowerment. He has been associated with the organization as a Director since November 2023.

His professional journey also includes leadership and directorial responsibilities in the corporate sector. Public corporate records identify him as an Independent Director of RAC Extrusions Limited, where he contributes to strategic guidance, governance, and responsible decision-making.
