“CHHOTEY” is the name of his father and has been incorporated into the organization's identity as a tribute to his family values, heritage and inspiration.

Thus, the name GNORA CHHOTEY WELFARE ASSOCIATION represents a combination of roots, values, remembrance and a commitment to social service.

Our Mission and Vision

The primary objective of Gnora Chhotey Welfare Association is to contribute towards building a more empowered, educated, skilled, and self-reliant society. Our organization is committed to supporting needy women, economically weaker sections of society, children, and other underprivileged communities by creating opportunities that can help them improve their quality of life and move towards a brighter and more secure future.

We believe that education, skill development, employment opportunities, awareness, and social empowerment are the key foundations for sustainable change. Our efforts are therefore focused on providing people with the knowledge, skills, guidance, and opportunities they need to become independent and confident in their personal and professional lives.

01

Women Empowerment

A major focus of our organization is the empowerment of women, particularly those who face financial or social challenges. Through skill-development and vocational training programs, we aim to equip women and girls with practical skills that can help them generate income, start small businesses, obtain employment, or become financially independent. We encourage women to recognize their abilities, build confidence, develop entrepreneurship skills, and participate actively in their families and communities. Our goal is not merely to provide temporary assistance, but to create opportunities that can lead to long-term economic independence and dignity.

02

Education & Child Development

We strongly believe that every child deserves access to education, knowledge, and opportunities for holistic development, regardless of their financial background. We work towards creating awareness about the importance of education and supporting initiatives that encourage children to continue their studies and develop essential life skills. Our vision is to help children become educated, confident, responsible, and capable individuals who can contribute positively to society in the future.

03

Skill Development & Employment

Lack of employable skills is one of the major challenges faced by economically weaker sections. To address this, we promote vocational and skill-development initiatives designed according to practical and employment-oriented needs. Through such programs, beneficiaries can acquire useful skills that may enable them to seek employment, pursue self-employment, or establish small income-generating activities. We aim to bridge the gap between available opportunities and the skills required to access them.

04

Support for Underprivileged Communities

We are committed to reaching individuals and families who need support and opportunities to improve their circumstances. Our initiatives may include education, vocational training, awareness programs, women empowerment, livelihood development, social welfare activities, and community development initiatives. We believe that meaningful social development happens when people are given not only assistance, but also the confidence, skills, and opportunities to become self-dependent.

Our Approach

Our approach is based on the principle of “Empowerment through Opportunity.” We continuously work towards identifying genuine needs within communities and developing practical initiatives that can create measurable and sustainable social impact.

We also believe in working collaboratively with CSR partners, donors, institutions, professionals, volunteers, and community members so that resources and expertise can be effectively utilized for the benefit of society.

Our Commitment

We are continuously moving forward with the commitment to create a society where every individual—especially women, children, and economically disadvantaged people—has the opportunity to learn, develop skills, earn a livelihood, live with dignity, and make positive decisions about their future.

Our ultimate aim is to transform need into opportunity, dependence into self-reliance, and hope into a better future.

We believe that even a small initiative can create a meaningful change in someone's life. With continuous effort, responsible partnerships, and community participation, Gnora Chhotey Welfare Association is committed to creating lasting positive impact and contributing towards a more educated, skilled, empowered, self-reliant, and socially developed India.
